Riverscape is a half acre oasis nestled along the Saugeen River in Southampton, Ontario. The property is home to three self-contained vacation rentals. Three night minimum stay required. Each housekeeping cottage comes equipped with fully stocked kitchens, including a barbecue and a deck for indoor & outdoor dining. High speed internet and smart TVs available in each cottage. The treed property has ample green space for family meals, sports, or relaxing and enjoying river views with a good book and your binoculars. Osprey, bald eagles, blue herons and great egrets are our neighbours and visit often. The property offers convenient, on-site river access for fishing, catching a Lake Huron sunset or launching your canoe. The public boat launch is 500 meters away for guests with larger boats. Lake Huron is a short walk, paddle or motor boat away. World class fishing opportunities await at Riverscape. Whether downrigging in the lake, steelheading in the river or casting a rod from the shore, everyone has a chance to catch their dinner. Local, sought after species include salmon, rainbow trout, lake trout, pickerel, and bass (depending upon season). Not into fishing but love fish? The Osprey Lookout
Escape and enjoy the phenomenal Saugeen River views from this bright & newly renovated two story housekeeping cottage at "Riverscape". Relax by the gas fireplace on chilly nights or on the patio watching sunsets in warmer weather. Two bedrooms plus second story suite (tree house vibes!).

The Fox Den
The Fox Den is our newly renovated, private, 2 bedroom housekeeping cottage. It has a full 3 piece bath, a gorgeous cornflower blue gas fireplace in the living room, dishwasher and laundry facilities as well as a fully stocked kitchen with eat at peninsula. The Fox Den has a patio walk out to a private deck and backyard (with fire pit) as well as a large, enclosed, front sun porch. Dine al fresco or get the al fresco feel while protected from the elements. It's a secluded spot full of natural light with access to all property amenities. Sleeps 5 plus your furry friend!

The Farmhouse
Need a bit more space? The farmhouse is your best bet! Two story shabby chic farmhouse with large kitchen/dining room area, a spacious living room, three bedrooms, one 3 piece bathroom and huge new deck overlooking the Saugeen river. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed. The spacious second story loft space includes two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a queen bed and river view.
